The 28 Days to Keep Them Moving challenge is designed to help kids stay active through fun, playful movement that feels more like a game than a workout.
Each day features a simple activity that encourages gross motor skills, coordination, balance, and confidence—using little to no equipment. Do one a day, mix them up, or repeat favorites. The goal isn’t perfection—it’s movement, giggles, and happy, healthy little bees. 🐝✨
Ages 3–7
Hop between taped hearts on the floor.
Ages 2–8
Dance until the music stops—freeze in a silly pose.

Move like animals: bear crawl, crab walk, frog jumps.
