• 4 carrots, chopped
• 4 potatoes, cubed
• 1 onion, sliced
• 2 cups beef broth
• 1 packet onion soup mix
Cook: 8 hours LOW
Fork-tender, cozy, no complaints at the table.
Use for: Tacos, bowls, nachos, quesadillas
