1/3 cup honey 🍯
1/4 cup soy sauce
1 tbsp ketchup
1 tsp cornstarch + 2 tbsp water
Salt & pepper
Optional: broccoli, snap peas, carrots 🥦🥕
For serving:
Rice or noodles 🍚
Sesame seeds + green onions (optional but cute 😏)
Heat oil in a pan over medium heat
Season chicken with salt + pepper
Cook until golden and fully done (about 6–8 minutes)
In a bowl, mix:
👉 honey
👉 soy sauce
👉 ketchup
👉 garlic
Pour it into the pan with the chicken
Mix cornstarch + water
Add to the pan
Let it simmer 2–3 minutes until glossy + sticky
Toss in broccoli or whatever you’ve got
Cook until just tender
Rice or noodles on the bottom
Chicken + sauce on top
Sprinkle sesame seeds + green onions
