1 tbsp ketchup
1 tsp cornstarch + 2 tbsp water
Salt & pepper
Optional: broccoli, snap peas, carrots ๐ฅฆ๐ฅ
For serving:
Rice or noodles ๐
Sesame seeds + green onions (optional but cute ๐)
Heat oil in a pan over medium heat
Season chicken with salt + pepper
Cook until golden and fully done (about 6โ8 minutes)
In a bowl, mix:

๐ ketchup

Pour it into the pan with the chicken
Mix cornstarch + water
Add to the pan
Let it simmer 2โ3 minutes until glossy + sticky
